This group is set up to take ukulele players who have learned the basics and feel confidant enough that they are able to play more advanced songs. Most have moved up from our Beginners group, and we also take players who would like to join us but were not in the Beginners group.
These players have already done events and one important concert at West Pennard Church. We had a lovely narrow boat trip where we played in the tea room afterwards. Some are playing with other groups and some come to us from those groups. We wish to promote the pleasure of playing ukuleles and making friends . All welcome. Maybe you just want to refresh your skills, and that’s okay with us.
We play at West Pennard Village Hall fortnightly on Tuesdays between 2pm and 4pm. Parking is good. There is disabled access and disabled toilets.
Meetings in the rest of this year are on 15/09, 29/09, 13/10, 27/10, 10/11 and 24/11.
We ask for £6 at the start of every term and there will be 3 terms. This web page is updated to show dates.
